Carl (Milner) and I would like to talk to you about matching NW “motif-ed” wedding bands: NW Native American designs, Doug or hemlock fir trees, birds, etc. We particularly like your Indian totem designs, but also wonder how you’d adapt our design ideas, too. Years ago, I purchased two hand-crafted rings whilst teaching in Australia; one was a platypus that wrapped around my finger, head-to-tail and the other was a rolling landscape of trees that featured a small cabin/house amid them. They were stolen. Guess I’m wishing I could bring them back through you and celebrate my blessings: Carl – and the home we share – surrounded by second-growth firs, cedars, hemlocks and a small pond. We would love to talk to you about rings! I’m posting today a blog about a story ring that we’ve done for a customer that you will probably enjoy. The usual way we work long distance is to have you consider motifs/subjects/totems that appeal to you then share those design ideas with us and we both discuss the possibilities and go from there.
