The usual way we work long distance is to have you consider motifs/subjects/totems that appeal to you then share those design ideas with us and we both discuss the possibilities and go from there. Years ago, I purchased two hand-crafted rings whilst teaching in Australia; one was a platypus that wrapped around my finger, head-to-tail and the other was a rolling landscape of trees that featured a small cabin/house amid them. They were stolen. Guess I'm wishing I could bring them back through you and celebrate my blessings: Carl - and the home we share - surrounded by second-growth firs, cedars, hemlocks and a small pond.
