This is a distributive profile design of a Wolf. Distributive design means that the wolf is not arranged as it would be in nature, this is quite common in North West Coast art. In this case the Wolf’s tail is at one end, but his head is in the middle and his body is at the other end, it sounds bizarre, but it makes a very pleasing design to the eye.
